Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have the safety seal broken. Please keep your purchase receipt as it will be required to process your return request. You may contact our Return department at info@hermanncosmetics.com.

TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you would like to return an item, you can do it by one of the following methods:

• Items can be returned at our central offices on Mnasiadou 11H street 1065 Lefkosia, Cyprus

For replacements:

• Items can be replaced at the Hermann Gourmet Cosmetics Store on Mnasiadou 11H street, 1065 Lefkosia, Cyprus.

Returns Terms:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days with the presence of original receipt at the price that the item was bought.
• The returned item can be refunded in full if it is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
